Michael Stillitano, CPA, CGMA
Mike is a seasoned C-Suite finance leader and the founder of Stillitano Consulting LLC, a firm dedicated to empowering small to medium-sized businesses with financial visibility, strategies for sustainable revenue growth, enhanced profitability, and long-term value creation. Stillitano Consulting LLC provides clients with tailored solutions that address their unique challenges and opportunities, ensuring financial clarity and strategic direction.
Throughout his career, Mike has held pivotal finance leadership roles, including Regional CFO for a leading global transportation company and CFO for a mid-sized third party logistics firm. Leveraging his expertise, he specializes in profitable revenue growth, M&A integrations, restructuring, turnarounds, and cash flow optimization, delivering impactful results for his clients.
Active in the accounting profession, Mike serves on the Strategic Planning Committee of the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJCPA), is a former NJCPA Board Trustee and Chapter President. He is also a member of the AICPA, FEI, and Co-Chair of the Transportation and Logistics Industry Section for FENG. His contributions to the profession have earned him accolades, including the NJCPA Distinguished Service Medallion and NJCPA Ovation Award.
In addition to leading Stillitano Consulting LLC, Mike is an Adjunct Professor and Dean’s Advisory Board Member at the City University of New York, College of Staten Island, School of Business. He also serves as Treasurer and Executive Board Member for the Monmouth Council of the Boy Scouts of America.
An avid marathon runner and enthusiastic golfer, Mike is a dedicated supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital, the Fisher House Foundation, and the Wounded Warriors Project.
